By registering for AFLKids programs, you consent to the use of images and videos featuring participants unless you opt out in writing.

Parents/guardians may request that their child not appear in media by notifying us via email prior to the session.

9. Cancellations & refunds
AFLKids understands that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– More than 1 week notice: Full refund or credit available
– 24–48 hours’ notice: Credit provided for future programs
– Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund or credit, except in circumstances deemed reasonable by Tom.
Weather Cancellations:
Sessions cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions will be credited.
We will follow the rules of the respective council.
Medical Circumstances:
Refunds or credits may be considered upon provision of appropriate medical documentation.
